We have three rules of the game, serving as the foundation for accomplishing our core values.

Rule #1: Do the right thing

4. Put forth an extra effort to serve clients.
5. Display a “can do" attitude.
Rule #2: Do the very best you can
6. Turn problems into opportunities.
7. Add value by becoming part of the solution.
8. Act with a sense of urgency…do it now!
9. Ask the question: “What else can I do?”
10. Ask the question: “What don’t I see?”
11. Reject average and “good enough.”
12. Learn, correct, improve and grow…be an avid reader.
13. Work toward the company’s mission and vision.
Rule #3: Show others that you care
14. Coach each other and share information, ideas, and skills.
15. Show respect.
16. Say: “Please. Thank you. You’re welcome. I’m sorry.”
17. Show and express appreciation.
18. Have each other’s back (“I got you”).
19. Engage as a team.
20. Look for ways to expand company capabilities.
