Gbadee Kanteah has more than 10 years of experience in the auditing, project management and accounting space. She ensures efficient operation of the day-to-day activities of the firm, including strategic planning, finance, accounting and collections, office and facilities maintenance, information technology and human resources. She is the point-person to personnel with questions, concerns, and issues that may arise on daily basis. Gbadee is outcome oriented: she improves the profitability, cash flow, and the effective of business processes; ensures that the firm stays compliant; plans for succession; puts in place strong internal controls; and assists the firm leadership to make better informed business decisions.

Gbadee also prepares and manages the firm budget and monitors the CPE plan.She oversees the human resource management such as recruitment, training and onboarding of staff and consultants, and she cultivates excellent long-term relationships with clients, maintaining ongoing communication and facilitating solutions to address concerns. She creates and maintains highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing and offsite storage, resulting in easy access to critical information and streamlined office functioning. She prioritizes and delegates tasks, providing motivation and direction to create a positive work environment and ensures accurate, on-time completion. Gbadee holds a M.B.A. in Project Management from Strayer University and a Bachelors in Management from the University of Liberia. She is proficient in Sage 50, MS Project and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
